Time Travels (2)

When the children of Israel left Egypt after 400 years of bondage, they took along the remains of  one of their patriarchs, Joseph.  This was a sign that Joseph accompanied his people, not just in spirit but bodily, because all live to God, not only Joseph, but all the hundreds of thousands of his people who lived, toiled and died in Egypt over all those years and centuries.  They all experienced the Exodus together in God's eyes, which is the only perspective that counts. This universality of human experience applies to each of us as well.  More on this later.
